POLSINELLI NEW YORK CITY
Polsinelli’s New York office melds the materials found in a classic New York office environment with expansive city views and contemporary furnishings in a creative integration of the national law firm’s brand. As the firm expands its presence in New York, Polsinelli’s workplace design standards needed to be integrated within the new space while honoring the city and office culture.

The office spans the top three floors of the 42-story building. Through expansive use of glass, the space maximizes natural light and takes advantage of breathtaking views of New York City’s iconic buildings. The program was arranged to showcase these views in the most heavily trafficked areas, including the board room, lobby and informal communal meeting spaces.

The design incorporates rich textures, materials and colors that are authentic to New York. The space is accented with exposed cast iron black columns while furnishings were inspired by traditional suiting fabrics.

POLSINELLI DALLAS
Polsinelli’s new 63,000 square foot Dallas office is marked by efficient design and a hospitality-driven approach that streamlines the work environment and creates a distinctive client experience for the Dallas practice.

Informal meeting spaces – the first of such spaces in national practice locations for Polsinelli - span two floors, including four lounge meeting rooms and a board room for hosting large events. The board room is located adjacent to a hospitality lounge and conference rooms are pulled back from the windows, creating a circulation corridor that offers views of the city. A 1,200 square foot terrace melds the indoors and out, a continuation of the firm’s unique approach to hospitality.

A grand staircase serves as the centerpiece of the lobby, oriented to showcase views of Dallas’ skyline. A leather feature wall with stainless steel accents is a modern application of a traditional Texas material.
